What this sector needs

Restaurants, hotels and hospitality kitchens are required by Dubai Municipality to operate a documented HACCP-based food safety system and to have trained Persons-in-Charge (PIC). Inspections grade your kitchen, and a poor grade is public and costly.

We design a practical HACCP system around your menu and service style, train your team to PIC level, and put in place the cleaning, temperature and supplier controls inspectors look for — so you pass DM inspections and, where you want it, achieve ISO 22000 certification.

Which certification fits you

Most businesses climb the same ladder. We help you certify at the level your buyers and regulators actually require — no more, no less.

HACCP

A documented hazard analysis with critical control points — the food safety foundation and the basis for Dubai Municipality food registration.

Start · DM registration

ISO 22000

A full food safety management system: HACCP plus prerequisite programmes, management commitment and continual improvement.

Structured FSMS

FSSC 22000

ISO 22000 plus sector-specific prerequisites and extra requirements — GFSI-recognised and accepted by global buyers.

How we get you certified

Four stages from first assessment to a successful certification audit. We build and run the system with you; an accredited certification body issues the certificate.

Gap assessment

We benchmark your current practices against the standard and DM requirements, and map exactly what is missing.

Build the system

We develop your HACCP plan, prerequisite programmes and FSMS documentation around your real process.

Internal audit & readiness

We train your team, run an internal audit and close gaps so you walk into the audit prepared.

Certification audit

An accredited certification body audits and issues the certificate. We support you through both stages and any findings.

Frequently asked questions

Is HACCP mandatory for restaurants in Dubai?
Yes. Dubai Municipality requires food establishments to operate a documented HACCP-based system and to have certified Persons-in-Charge. We build the system and deliver the PIC training your team needs.
Which food safety scope does my business fall under?
Restaurants and hotel kitchens fall in the catering / food-service scope. For ISO 22000 certification we confirm the scope across your outlets and central prep areas.
Does CorpBridge issue the certificate?
No. We prepare and implement your food safety management system and get your team audit-ready. The certificate itself is issued by an accredited certification body after a successful audit — keeping the consultancy and certification roles properly separate.
Can you help us improve our Dubai Municipality grade?
Yes. We assess your kitchen against the DM inspection scheme, fix the gaps that cost points, and prepare your team so your next inspection grade reflects your real standards.
