Your Quality Control Department — Without the Full-Time Headcount
CorpBridge embeds an expert QC team into your food manufacturing operation on a scheduled visit basis. DM inspections, supplier audits, lab contracts, pest coordination, calibration — all managed. All documented. Monthly reports to management.
What We Manage For You
When QC Is No One's Full-Time Job, Everyone Pays the Price
Growing food manufacturers in UAE face a painful gap: too large to ignore food safety compliance, too lean to justify a full-time QC manager on the payroll. The consequences are predictable.
Surprise Inspections Hit Hard
Dubai Municipality, ADAFSA and emirate regulators inspect without notice. Without a QC system maintained week-to-week, you're always one visit away from a closure notice, fine or failed grade.
Batch Rejections & Product Recalls
Without routine lab testing, calibrated equipment and documented checks, a single contaminated batch can cost you more than a year of QC investment — and your buyer relationships.
Supplier Quality Is Unverified
Your product is only as good as your ingredients. Without vendor audits and defined supplier approval criteria, quality failures start before raw materials reach your facility.
A Full-Time QC Manager Is Expensive
A qualified QC Manager in Dubai costs AED 8,000–15,000/month plus visa, medical, annual leave and end-of-service. For small-to-mid manufacturers, that cost is simply not justified.
No Records = No Defence
Regulators want documentation: temperature logs, cleaning records, pest visit reports, calibration certificates. If it isn't written down and dated, it didn't happen in an inspector's eyes.
Compliance Cost Unpredictability
Ad-hoc consultants, emergency lab tests, last-minute pest treatments and scrambled pre-inspection preparation cost far more than a structured monthly retainer — yet most manufacturers learn this the hard way.
You get a dedicated QC team with cross-industry experience, scheduled visits, full regulatory handling and monthly management reporting — without a headcount, visa or HR overhead.

Not a Freelancer. Not a Certification Factory.
A structured QC retainer with accountability, documentation and a team that stays with you — built around your production calendar, not ours.
We assign consultants with direct experience in your product category — not a generalist who has to Google your process.
All records, checklists, reports and certificates are yours. No lock-in, no proprietary formats — clean regulatory documentation you control.
We don't react to inspections — we prevent failures. Every visit builds on the prior one with a rolling pre-inspection checklist.
When you're ready for ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 or BRCGS, the QC foundation we build feeds directly into certification — no rework.
Labs, pest controllers, calibration bodies, regulators — we coordinate all of them. You manage production. We manage compliance.
Every month you receive a structured QC report with findings, trends, actions closed and open, and your compliance position going forward.

Month 1 onwardsFrequently Asked Questions
What size of food manufacturer is this service designed for?
The service is designed for small-to-medium food manufacturers in UAE who produce at commercial scale but don't have a dedicated, full-time quality control manager or team. If you have 5–150 employees in production and you're selling into retail, foodservice or export, this service is built for you.
Do you have experience in my specific food category?
Our QC team has worked across bakery, seafood, meat, dairy, water, frozen foods, ready meals, confectionery, sauces, juices, dry foods and more. When you enquire, we confirm which consultant has direct experience in your product type and assign accordingly.
What happens if a regulator visits on a day my consultant isn't on-site?
Because we build inspection readiness into every visit — not just pre-inspection scrambles — your facility, documentation and staff are maintained in a state of permanent readiness. Our consultant is also available by phone during regulatory visits and can attend in-person for unannounced inspections where notice is given.
Can you cover multiple sites or factories?
Yes. Multi-site QC retainer programmes are available. We scope each site individually and build a consolidated management report covering all locations. Contact us with your site details for a custom proposal.
Is lab testing included in the fee?
Lab testing coordination and sampling plan management is included. The cost of laboratory analysis itself is charged by the accredited lab and passed through at cost — we don't mark up lab fees. We negotiate preferred rates with our accredited lab partners on your behalf.
We already have a HACCP plan — can you maintain it rather than start from scratch?
Absolutely. A gap assessment in the initial site visit will determine whether your existing HACCP plan and documentation are fit for purpose. We work with what's there, update where needed, and build visit routines around your existing system rather than replacing it unnecessarily.
Can this service help us achieve ISO 22000 or FSSC 22000 certification later?
Yes — this is one of the strongest advantages of the CorpBridge QC retainer. Because we build your QC system to certification-grade standards from day one, escalating to a formal certification audit is a natural progression. We simply transition from QC retainer to certification project, with the foundation already in place.
What contract period is required?
We operate on a minimum 3-month initial engagement, after which the retainer continues monthly. This gives us enough time to establish a meaningful QC baseline and deliver measurable compliance improvement. Contact us for full terms.
