What we collect
Information you give us. When you complete our enquiry form we collect your name, email address, subject and message. If you contact us by WhatsApp, telephone or email, we receive whatever information you choose to share, including your phone number.
Information you send during an engagement. Enquiries about product registration, certification or training often include commercially sensitive material such as product formulations, ingredient lists, technical files, certificates and label artwork. We treat this as confidential business information and use it only to assess and deliver the service you have asked about.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider and analytics tools record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and referring page. This is used to keep the site secure and to understand how it is used.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the consultation, registration, certification, audit or training service you request
- To prepare and submit regulatory applications on your instruction to authorities including Dubai Municipality, MOIAT, SFDA and other GCC bodies
- To send information you have asked for, such as training schedules or proposals
- To operate, secure and improve this website
- To meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations
We rely on your consent when you submit an enquiry, and on the performance of a contract and our legitimate business interests once an engagement begins. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
- Regulatory authorities — where you instruct us to submit an application on your behalf, the relevant authority receives the documentation required for that submission
- Service providers — hosting, email, form processing and analytics providers who process data on our instructions
- Legal or regulatory requirement — where disclosure is required by UAE law or a competent authority
Third-party services on this site
This website uses Google Fonts and embeds Google Maps on our contact page. These services may receive your IP address when the page loads. Our enquiry form is operated using WPForms. Clicking our WhatsApp or telephone links opens those applications on your own device and is governed by their providers’ terms, not ours.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function, and analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not result in an engagement are retained for up to 24 months. Client records, submissions and supporting documentation are retained for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for as long as required to meet regulatory, contractual and record-keeping obligations. Registration and certification records are frequently retained for the validity period of the approval and any renewal cycle.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. We apply access controls and confidentiality obligations to client technical documentation. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
Your rights
Under the PDPL you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion where applicable, restriction of or objection to processing, transfer of your data, and withdrawal of consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, contact sales@thecorpbridge.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Cross-border transfers
Where we submit applications to authorities outside the UAE, for example the Saudi Food and Drug Authority, the documentation you provide is transferred to that jurisdiction to complete the submission you have instructed. Some of our service providers may also process data outside the UAE.
Children
This website is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
