Implementation covers: Hazard identification, risk assessment methodology, hierarchy of controls, worker consultation mechanisms, incident investigation, MOHRE alignment.
ISO 22000:2018

FSMS Implementation

For project teams implementing Food Safety Management Systems combining HACCP with broader management system structure.

Implementation covers: HACCP integration, PRPs and oPRPs, food safety hazard assessment, traceability systems, allergen control, food defense, recall procedures.
ISO 27001:2022

ISMS Implementation

For project teams implementing Information Security Management Systems. Critical for ADGM, DIFC, banking, fintech, and healthcare in UAE.

Implementation covers: 93 Annex A controls (2022 revision), risk assessment methodology, Statement of Applicability, access controls, incident management, business continuity integration.
ISO 50001:2018

EnMS Implementation

For project teams implementing Energy Management Systems aligned with UAE Net Zero 2050 and Dubai Clean Energy 2050.

Implementation covers: Energy review methodology, significant energy uses (SEUs), energy performance indicators (EnPIs), energy baselines, action plans, monitoring/measurement.

Implementation Methodology (Common Across Standards)

Each implementation training course follows a structured methodology calibrated to the specific standard. The phases below are common across all six standards.

PHASE 1

Pre-Implementation Setup

Project team formation, scope definition, certification body selection considerations, project plan and timeline, executive sponsorship and resourcing.

PHASE 2

Gap Analysis

Current-state assessment against standard requirements. Mature gap analysis methodology. Producing a gap analysis report management can act on.

PHASE 3

Risk & Context Analysis

Internal and external context analysis. Interested parties identification. Standard-specific risk methodology (different per standard). Risk register creation.

PHASE 4

System Design

Designing the management system documents — policy, procedures, work instructions, records. Document architecture. Distinguishing what to document from what to manage informally.

PHASE 5

Operational Controls

Designing the operational controls specific to the standard — quality controls, environmental controls, safety controls, food safety CCPs, information security controls, energy controls.

PHASE 6

Monitoring & Measurement

Designing the monitoring and measurement program. KPIs, EnPIs, OEEs, control charts. Linking measurement to objectives and management review.

PHASE 7

Internal Audit Program

Establishing the internal audit program. Auditor competence. Audit schedule design. Findings management. Preparing for certification audit through internal audit cycles.

PHASE 8

Management Review & Improvement

Designing the management review process. Improvement opportunities identification. Corrective action methodology. Continuous improvement culture building.

How We Deliver Implementation Training

Implementation training is intensive — designed for project teams that will produce the management system, not just understand it.

Per-Standard 2-3 Day Course

Standard-by-standard deep dives. Most common for first-time implementers. Project team leaves with methodology to actually build the system.

Combined IMS Implementation

5-day combined Implementation course for organizations implementing 2-3 standards together (e.g. QMS + EMS + OHS for ISO IMS). Annex SL leveraged for efficiency.

On-Site Workshop Format

We work with your actual project team, using your actual context. Output: not just trained team but partially-drafted management system documents.

Implementation Mentoring

For organizations not just training but actually implementing, we add follow-up mentoring sessions. Training transitions seamlessly into consulting if needed.

Why TheCorpBridge for ISO Implementation Training

Implementation depth requires trainers who have actually implemented these systems for real clients.

🔍

Active Implementer Trainers

Our trainers actively implement ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22000, 27001, 50001 for clients. Real examples, real documents, real audit experience.

📜

Output-Oriented Delivery

Training designed to produce actual management system documents, not just understanding. Your project team leaves with usable templates and frameworks.

🏛️

UAE Regulatory Integration

Implementation aligned with UAE regulations — MOHRE for OHS, MoCCAE for environment, TDRA for cybersecurity, UAE Federal Climate Law for EMS/EnMS.

Training-to-Consulting Pathway

If implementation is more complex than training alone can support, we transition into full implementation consulting. Continuous relationship.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who should attend Implementation training?
The project team that will actually build the management system — typically 4-8 people including the QHSE manager, document controller, internal auditor, process owners, and HR/IT representatives. Not for general employees (use Awareness Training) or designated auditors (use Internal Auditor Training).
How long is implementation training per standard?
Typically 2-3 days per standard. ISO 27001 trends longer (3 days) due to 93 Annex A controls. ISO 9001 can sometimes be 2 days for experienced project teams. We adjust based on team experience level.
Can multiple standards be combined?
Yes — for IMS implementation (multiple standards together), we deliver 5-day combined Implementation training leveraging Annex SL commonalities. Cost-efficient and reflects how Annex SL is designed to work.
Does this training mean we can implement the standard without a consultant?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no — depends on team size, prior experience, and standard complexity. Implementation training gives the methodology. For first-time implementations of complex standards (ISO 27001, ISO 22000, ISO 50001), most teams benefit from consulting support alongside training.
What deliverables does the team produce?
During training: draft management system documents (policy, procedures), gap analysis report, risk register, internal audit checklist. These become starting points for the actual implementation back at the workplace.
What is the difference between Implementation training and Lead Auditor training?
Implementation training builds the system. Lead Auditor training audits it (often as a third party). Different skillsets — implementers and auditors are often different people. View Lead Auditor Training →
Can we deliver on-site at our workplace?
Yes — most common delivery format. Allows training to use your actual context, processes, and people. Minimum 4-6 participants depending on standard.
How much does Implementation training cost?
Cost depends on standard, number of participants, schedule, language. Combined IMS training has package pricing advantage. Transparent per-engagement quotes. Get a free quote.
